Earlier today I upgraded my Thinkpad T430's crappy 1366x768 original panel to a nice 1920x1080 IPS panel. The panel's model number is B140HAN02.4 and it works great with my T430. Going from a low resolution screen with bland colors and grey blacks to a full HD beautiful display with vibrant colors that seem to pop out of the screen.
I used this FHD kit and it works really well, no flickering issues at all, really clear image, flawless.
